First class for customer care and knowledge. I have been to many practitioners over the years. But none are are good as this company. Strongly advise you make the trip and not waste the time on other better known companies. Many of my family come here now and all are extremely pleased with their professional support. They are totally independent too, not like the High Street retailers, so they sell any make of hearing aid.

Had my ears syringed very professionally as you would expect but the charge for this I discovered when settling up was now £95 which I was not told about in advance. This compares with £59 at all the other main outlets in the area that I subsequently reviewed on the Internet. I made the mistake of not checking in advance and would recommend people to shop around before making an appointment and to check the price beforehand. I have no quarrel about the professionalism of the person carrying out the actual procedure which was very good.

I cannot remember the last time I experienced such professional, courteous, efficient and friendly treatment. Ian & Belinda are extremely good at what they do and throughout the processes informed me thoroughly of what was to happen. I had a hearing test, wax extraction and moulds taken of both ears. I would recommend the Christchurch Hearing Aid Centre without hesitation.
